Description: Excellent W/O and W/Si silicone emulsifier with Polyoxyethylene modified, has good compatibility. The viscosity of finished product can be controlled by adjusting the ratio of water and oil. The water content of emulsion can reach 90%. It is suitable for both cold and heat process. And it can be used in transparent cream.
Recommend Dosage: 0.1-10.0%
